Karadeniz sahil yoluna 15 km.,Samsun-Çarşamba havaalanına 74 km.mesafededir. 2006 yılından beri 100 dönüm bir alanda sertifikalı organik fındık tarımı yapmaktayız. Fındık tarımına ilaveten ailenin ihtiyacını karşılamak amaçlı mısır,biber,patlıcan,domates,fasulye,kabak,salatalık,çilek vb.ürünlerin tarımını yapmaktayız. Tavuk,kaz,hindi,tavus kuşu gibi kümes hayvanları bakmaktayız. 2 de köpek dostumuz var. Her zaman taze süt,yoğurt,kaymak,tereyağı,peynir,yumurta soframızdan eksik olmaz.
Yaşam alanımızda yöreye özgü tahıl ambarında (serender) oluşturduğumuz 6.000 kitaplı özel bir kütüphanemiz bulunmaktadır. Ve her yaz ‘’Kültür Ambarı’’isimli kütüphanemizin bahçesinde panel,konferans,forum gibi kültürel etkinlikler düzenlemekteyiz.
Yapılacak işler: Fındık bahçesi temizliği,fındık toplamak,sebze ekmek ve bakımını yapmak...Ve de kitap okumak.
Konukların kalması için 3 odalı bir konut mevcuttur.
Yemekler aile fertleri ile birlikte yenir.
Sanatsal yanları olan (kitap okuyan,müzik,resim vb.)misafirler tercihimizdir

It is 15 kilometers from the Black Sea coastal road and 74 kilometers from Samsun Çarşamba Airport. We have been cultivating certified organic hazelnuts on an area of 100 acres since 2006. In addition to hazelnut farming,we also produce corn, pepper, eggplant, tomato, bean, pumpkin, cucumber and strawberry to meet the needs of the family. We feed poultry such as chickens,geese,turkeys and peacocks. We also have two dog friends.
Always fresh milk,yogurt,cream,butter,cheese,eggs are not missing from our table.
In our living area,we have a private library with 6000 books that we have established in the local granary.
In everysummer we organize events such as panels,conferences and forums in the garden of our library called ‘’Kültür Ambarı’’.
Things to do; cleaning the orchard,collecting nuts,sowing vegetables and maintaining...And read the book as well...
3 room housing is available for our guests.
Meals are eaten with family members.
We prefer guests who have artistic sides (reading books,music, painting,etc.)

C’est avec une certaine émotion que nous avons repris la route après un peu plus de deux semaines passées à vos côtés, ici à la ferme. Quelle aventure, que de découvertes et que d’apprentissages !

Hayati abi son zamanlarda tanıdığım en kaliteli insanlardan biri oldu. denizcilikten gelmesi, toprakla , tarımla ilişkisinide kesmemiş olması, farklı kültürlerden insanlardan bişeyler öğrenmeyi ve öğretmeyi sevmesiyle, bize güzel bir deneyim yaşattı. fındığın topraktan sofraya yolculuğuna kısa sürede olsa tanık olduk ve işlerinede elimizden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştık. teşekkürler..

İlk defa Karadeniz bölgesinde bulunmafirsatı buldum. Hayati bey ve ailesi benim için abla ve abi gibi oldular. Betaber yemekler pişirdik, güzel sofralar kurduk , güldük eğlendik. Sezon itibari ile findık toplama işi vardı. Aile fertleri ve diger gönüllü arkadaşlarla beraber fındık topladık, fındık bahcesinde türk kahvesi keyfi için Rukiye'ye çok teşekkür ederim. En lüks restoranda kahve içsem bu keyfi alamazdım. Ben çok konuşan biriyim , sabırla beni dinledikleri için de ayrica teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine. Çiftligin yeri çok güzel , akarsuya yakın , düzlükte. Yakında kale var. Orayı mutlaka görün. Çiftlikte ördekler, kazlar, hindiler, keklikler köpekler ve kediler var . Hayvanları olan ziyaretçiler içinde uygun bir yer. Bidaki yaz dönemi fındık toplamak için tekrar Hayati bey' in çiftligine gitmek isterim.

Stayed for just over a week with an amazing family. From the begining I was welcomed and accomodated. Had a diverse and interesting experience. Although communication was limited (I being unable to speak Turkish) they went out of their way to make me feel at home. Authentic Turkish food was had everyday and one really experiences Turkish hospitality here. I would deffinately recommend a visit to Hayati and his family.

Séjour incroyable chez Hayati. Nous avons aidé au jardin et à la serre aux fraises. Le travail n’est pas très fatiguant, le principal reste l’échange et le partage. Les frères et la sœur d’Hayati nous ont également bien accueillis, la nourriture est excellente, le jardin est très beau, poétique. Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir eu la chance de le rencontrer et espérons revenir.

I was warmly welcomed by Hayati and his siblings. I had the chance to discover this region and its people, with their friends sometimes. It is so easy to live with Hayati, I felt very comfortable and we had interesting conversations, I only wish I spoke more turkish because I really think it would have been worth it. The place is chill and decorated with care, nice to chill in and his sisters are full of joy and good energy also. There was little work at this time, the planning was flexible : once in the strawberry greenhouse, and the in the vegetable garden, we also prepared wild strawberry jam.
We had nice time having meals together also
Would recommand to meet Hayati and his family ! I will remember all of them. Thank you Hayati, take care !
