Mevsimlik bahçe bitkilerinin yanı sıra meyve ağaçları da bulunuyor. Hüseyin Bey ekolojik tarım bilincini, özellikle de Fukuoka'nın doğal tarım felsefesini benimseyip geleneksel bilgiyle örtüştürmüş olup eşiyle yetiştirdikleri ürünleri gerek kendileri tüketmekte gerekse konuklarının tüketimine sunmakta, kalanı da satmaktalar. Keziban Hanım'ın leziz yemeklerinde kullandığı malzemelerin tamamına yakını kendi ürünleri. Genç ailesi, ekolojik yöntemlerle konserve, sirke yapımı, kışlık gıda hazırlık eğitimleri de veriyor. Yakın mesafede bulunan "tuzlanın damı" adlı tuz ocağından doğal tuz elde edilmektedir. Yer yatağı ve sedir bulunan misafir odası, tuvalet ve banyo evin içindedir. İçki tüketiminin sofrayla sınırlı tutulması rica ediliyor, sigaraya ise yangın riski nedeniyle sadece dışarıda müsaade ediliyor. Çiftlikte zaman zaman gerçek gıda konusunda atölye çalışmaları oluyor, özellikle Ankara'da yaşayan ailelerin ilgisini çekiyor. Agriculture is a common activity around the area where the farm is located and there are plenty of fruit trees as well as seasonal garden plants. Mr. Hüseyin Genç adopts Fukuoka's natural farming principles and traditional methods. Mr. and Mrs. Genç supply their needs from their own crops and also present them to their guests, and the rest is sold through a community supported agriculture project. Mrs. Keziban Genç's delicious meals are cooked using almost only their own produce. Workshops on food preservation and vinegar making are offered. Natural salt is obtained from the saltpan near the farm. Traditionally decorated guest room, toilet and bathroom are in the house. Please keep your alcohol consumption limited with meals. Smoking is allowed only outside, to prevent fire risk.
