Doğada Organik bal ve keçi çiftliği
Sivas
Hello WWOOF volunteers,
My name is Ali Haydar, I am 43 years old, and I live in a highland area in Türkiye. After spending some time living abroad, including in Canada, I decided to return to my ancestral land to build a simple, natural, and meaningful life.
Here, I run a small-scale, traditional farm focused on natural and organic practices. I work with honeybees and produce natural bee products. I also take care of goats (including young kids), chickens, and grow seasonal crops on my land.
My animals are raised in a natural environment — goats graze freely every day in the highlands, and everything is done with respect for nature and traditional methods.
This is a quiet, rural lifestyle away from the city. Life here is simple, sometimes physically demanding, but deeply connected to nature.
I live here myself, and you will be sharing this environment with me and the animals on the farm.
If you are interested in experiencing real village life, learning about beekeeping, animal care, and natural food production, you are welcome.
Looking forward to meeting you.
On my farm, daily life is based on simple, natural routines connected to the land and animals.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about traditional village life, animal care, and small-scale natural farming. This includes working with goats, feeding and caring for young kids, collecting eggs and taking care of chickens, and supporting basic beekeeping activities depending on the season.
A typical day usually starts in the morning with feeding the animals and checking their water. Goats are taken out to graze in the highlands, which is an important part of the daily routine. During the day, there may be tasks such as cleaning animal areas, helping with simple farm maintenance, preparing food, or assisting with household tasks.
Beekeeping activities vary depending on the time of year, but volunteers may observe or help with basic tasks when appropriate.
Work is usually around 4–5 hours per day, and the rest of the time is free to rest, explore nature, or enjoy the peaceful environment.
This lifestyle is not luxurious — it is simple, sometimes physically active, but very rewarding for those who want to experience a real connection with nature.
I am happy to share my knowledge and experience about natural living, animal care, and traditional farming with motivated and respectful volunteers.
Volunteers will stay in a caravan located on the farm. The caravan is equipped with basic facilities, including a heater, toilet, shower, and a refrigerator. It provides a simple but comfortable living space, and all basic energy needs are covered.
The accommodation is not luxurious, but it is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature.
Meals are shared together. We usually prepare food at home and eat as a group. Volunteers will have 2 to 3 meals per day, depending on the daily routine. I expect volunteers to help with simple tasks like preparing meals, setting the table, and cleaning up after eating.
The food is mostly homemade and based on natural, local products.
Living here means sharing space, responsibilities, and daily life in a respectful and cooperative way.
Life on the farm is not only about work — it is also about sharing meaningful time together.
In my free time, I enjoy making music, and if you are interested, we can play or create music together. Evenings are usually calm and social; we may sit together, have conversations, watch a movie, or simply enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
I also value deep and thoughtful conversations about life, nature, and different perspectives.
The surrounding area offers beautiful nature. We can go for walks in the highlands, explore the land, and collect wild herbs and natural plants depending on the season.
This place is ideal for people who enjoy a simple lifestyle, creativity, nature, and genuine human connection.
